15-17 May 2025
Join us at the ECIS Library and Information Services Conference, taking place from 15-17 May 2025, where we will gather in person to explore this year’s theme, “Building New Foundations.” This professional development event will focus on how libraries and information services can evolve to meet the demands of the modern educational landscape, supporting students, educators, and communities in an ever-changing world.
Throughout the conference, we will discuss how AI can enhance library services and teaching, while ensuring students use it ethically and with integrity. We’ll explore how collaboration across educational levels can bridge gaps in research skills and strengthen connections between librarians and educators. Additionally, we’ll examine how library spaces—both physical and digital—can be optimized to meet institutional goals and engage the wider community.
Featuring keynote presentations, workshops, and collaborative sessions, this event will provide valuable insights and practical strategies to help you build inclusive and future-ready library environments. We look forward to welcoming you to this important gathering as we lay the foundation for the future of libraries.
