About this session
The close-knit environment of a small school offers a unique opportunity for students to take an active role in shaping their community. How can we leverage these connections to amplify student voice and develop leadership skills?

Join educators from small international schools in a design thinking workshop facilitated by the co-founders of Belong Hub, an education startup dedicated to inspiring student voice through the co-creation of inclusive communities. In this one-hour webinar, you’ll explore a practical Belong Hub tool designed to generate actionable ideas and strategies for strengthening student voice in small school settings.

Together, we’ll:
– Examine the unique challenges and opportunities small schools face in fostering student leadership.
– Identify key steps to building a culture that supports student autonomy.
– Share strategies and spark meaningful discussions to strengthen our network.

Through Belong Hub they’ve developed and refined methods that promote belonging, co-creation, design thinking, and positive leadership development in schools worldwide.
