School-based child protection team members are invited to participate in this foundational workshop, which offers deep training through six essential synchronous modules:

- Rights-Based Child Protection
- Online Safety
- Policies and Procedures
- Establishing a Team Approach
- ITFCP Managing Allegation Protocol
- First Responder Training

Within these modules, we will delve into additional topics including:

- Definitions and possible indicators of abuse
- Professional boundaries
- Creating a school climate of safeguarding
- The grooming process
- Child-on-child abuse

Case studies will be employed throughout to support schools in strengthening safeguarding procedures. Resources and support for whole staff training will be provided through the training-of-trainers approach.
Participants will earn an ICMEC Level I Certificate upon completion of the workshop, valid for three years.
