MLIE Meet-Ups: LANGUAGE POLICY CASE STUDIES: 23 January
Two timings available on 23 January, please see below
Preseneted by the ECIS Multilingual Learning in International Education Special Interest Group
Language policies are roadmaps for our schools. They need to build essential mindsets where multilingualism is viewed as an asset and all students’ linguistic repertoires are valued. We will look at language policies from other international schools and unpack the successes and challenges with each. Learn practical strategies for developing inclusive practices that move beyond English-only approaches to honour and nurture students’ home languages.
