Debbie Downes is the Director of Global School Initiatives for ICMEC. She possesses eighteen years of experience in the nonprofit international school sector, where she has excelled as an elementary teacher, school-level administrator, and organisation-level administrator. Throughout her career, she has taken on leadership roles in various critical areas, including organization-wide school accreditation processes, child protection initiatives, crisis management, and policy development.
