#ISADTF HR Committee: Improving Human Resources Practices to Support Diversity, Access, and Opportunity: 17 April

With the aim of fostering environments within international schools that promote access, opportunity, and a sense of belonging among staff, this presentation will provide valuable recommendations aimed at enhancing HR policies and procedures. Attendees will gain insights into critical topics, regarding the employee life cycle such as championing fairness in recruitment, hiring and retention, developing systems to support work-life balance, employee retention, and fair compensation and benefits. This session may appeal to school leadership, human resources departments, committees that address belonging, opportunity, and access in schools, and all employees interested in engaging in creating and sustaining inclusive school environments.
