ECIS Mentoring Four-Part Virtual Series: Part 3 – Mentorship at your school: 30 January

Mentoring is the act of one individual sharing their knowledge, skills and experience, to help another person to develop and grow. This can either be professional or personal growth.
A mentor can support with a number of aspects of an individual’s career, their challenges and their achievements.

ECIS is thrilled to offer a four-part Mentoring Series facilitated by the Women in Education Special Interest Group. The objectives of the series are the following:

  • Tap into the existing skills, experience and knowledge of the international educators to support and advise others within our global learning community
  • Promote reciprocal learning relationships between the mentee and mentor
  • Utilise the ECIS mentoring platform as an opportunity to engage members of the ECIS membership schools’ learning communities.

    • What are the characteristics of a school culture that promotes mentorship?
    • What artefacts of school culture celebrate mentorship?
    • How do we impact the culture of mentorship at our schools?
