Every school ends up with an AI guidance document. Fewer have a way to get that guidance moving in real classrooms, with real teachers, in real time. This session introduces the AI Classroom Coaching Cycle, a practical method for turning school-wide AI direction into classroom-level practice, built around one question that never changes: is this deepening learning, or shortcutting it? We will look at what a coaching cycle actually is, how it plays out stage by stage, and where you can start one in your own school, whatever seat you sit in. Bring your questions. There will be plenty of room for them.
TAKEAWAYS FOR PARTICIPANTS
- A first-hand look at the AI Classroom Coaching Cycle, all seven stages, run live in the room rather than just explained.
- A ready-to-use toolkit (the CARE Cards, the 3Cs Check, the D.A.I.L.Y. Protocol) that slots directly into the cycle, so nothing needs to be built from scratch.
- One concrete first step is to start a cycle yourself, whether as a coach, a peer, or the leader who clears the way for someone else to try it.
