ECIS WAB HUB: Leading and Learning Together: Beijing | 07 November 2026

Leading and Learning Together 2.0

Saturday 07 November 2026 | 08:30–16:00 China Time
@ Western Academy Beijing

Following the success of last year’s inaugural Leading and Learning event, ECIS and the Western Academy of Beijing (WAB) proudly present Leading and Learning Together 2.0 — a dynamic professional learning hub event for teachers and middle leaders across Southeast Asia.

WAB is the ECIS founding hub. This special event marks the continuation of a powerful partnership rooted in shared values: inclusion, innovation, and the belief that every educator has the potential to lead positive change.

Leading and Learning Together 2.0 provides a great opportunity to explore timely themes such as Leadership, Mentoring, and Storytelling. Together, we’ll ask big questions, challenge assumptions, and grow our capacity to lead learning that truly includes everyone.

Featuring a line-up of internationally recognised speakers, this event offers the chance to connect, reflect, and leave re-energised, with tools to use on Monday.

Whether you’re a teacher or a leader looking to deepen your impact, Leading and Learning Together 2.0 is your invitation to be part of a fantastic event at WAB.

The ECIS WAB Hub

The ECIS WAB Hub is a regional gathering point for educators who believe in the power of shared purpose, courageous leadership, and inclusive learning. Rooted in the values of ECIS and the GongHe spirit of the Western Academy of Beijing, this Hub exists to bring people together to think deeply, lead boldly, and act collectively.

ECIS values and the GongHe spirit of WAB speak to collaboration, unity, and working for the greater good. It’s a place where leaders and teachers from across Southeast Asia can come to connect, challenge, and grow.

A space where professional learning is not simply a transaction, but a community experience — human-centred, inquiry-driven, and committed to equity and excellence.
