Effective governance is the foundation of a thriving international school. Board members play a critical role in setting strategic direction, ensuring financial sustainability, and supporting the Head of School while maintaining a clear distinction between governance and management.
This interactive workshop will provide a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of both the board and individual board members. Through real-world case studies, discussions, and best practices, participants will gain practical insights into fostering strong governance, collaborative decision-making, and avoiding common pitfalls such as micromanagement.
