Decision making, when support and crisis teams in schools are found in the eye of the storm of a crisis event, can become particularly challenging.
When designing a crisis management system it is crucial that educators take into account different elements such as Child protection concepts and protocols / structures in international schools (sources from CIS, ISCA, ASCA, NAMI, EU, WHO, EUROPOL ), the Crisis Types and categories and Crisis Management Protocols (real examples), what type of Leadership is required in a Polycrisis (we will look into International Risks Reports in 2022 and 2023) and what Types of Inclusive Culture and Organisation we can proactively design in international schools.
