A practical session on time management and improving the workflow of Teacher and Middle Leaders.

This interactive workshop invites Teacher and Middle Leaders to explore the challenges of balancing leadership, teaching, and time. Designed with intention, the session creates meaningful opportunities to connect and collaborate with peers, building a community of shared understanding and practical support. Participants will engage in reflective tasks, strategy sharing, and tools to reassess how they prioritize and lead. More than just a session, this Café offers space to pause, think, and grow together. Each Leader will leave with at least one actionable strategy to implement immediately in their role.

Takeaways for Participants

  • Identify key time and organizational challenges in their role as Teacher and Middle Leaders.
  • Take away one practical strategy to apply immediately to better manage time and responsibilities.
