Is AI the great unlock for women in leadership? AI shows incredible potential for empowering school leaders, levelling the playing field, and democratising access to expertise. But like any emerging technology, its impact is shaped by who’s at the table. Right now, women are underrepresented in the design and deployment of AI-yet we stand to gain significantly from it, especially in leadership roles.
During this panel discussion, we’ll be joined by two female educators who’ve founded an AI company, Eblana Learning. They’ll share insights into how we can position ourselves and our schools and our own professional advancement. AI is undoubtedly an arms race for industry and brings both promise and peril for education. As with all new technologies, it is currently being defined by the status quo. Our voices as women need to be heard in these early, critical stages. This panel is a call to action: to shape AI on our terms and ensure it becomes a tool for equity.
