ECIS is welcoming a new cohort for the Early Career Teacher programmein 2025-26, designed to support international school educators in their first few years of teaching. Led by experienced educators Anja Junginger and Brianna Gray, alongside special guests from the ECIS team, this year-long programme fosters community-building, peer coaching, and research-informed professional learning.
Developed in collaboration with school leaders, the programme blends interactive learning, mentorship, and cohort engagement, equipping new educators with the skills and knowledge to thrive in international education.

THE BIG IDEAS THAT WILL BE ADDRESSED INCLUDE:
-Resilience, growth mindset, adaptability, professional belonging, confidence
-Cultural competence, inclusion, the nature of international schools, reflection, professionalism
-International curriculum and pedagogy, inclusion
-Change, empowerment, professionalism and growth mindset, collective efficacy

WHO IS IT FOR?
-Teachers in their first few years of teaching
-Educators transitioning to international schools for the first time
(Not suitable for those still in teacher training)

Additionally, school leaders supporting participants will be invited to a virtual
ECT Leadership Café to also support alignment with school initiatives.

FEES
8 x 1.5 hour sessions from August 2025 to June 2026:
£300 for non- ECIS members
£260 for level 1 ECIS members
£255 for level 2 ECIS members
£240 for level 3 ECIS members
