Advice to my younger self: 28 February (PM session)

Advice to my younger self
28 February 2024
16:00 -17:00 (London)
Facilitated by: Nancy Lhoest-Squicciarini

This event is a collaboration with ECIS Women in Education Special Interest Group & the Middle Leader Cafè.

What would you tell your younger self if you had the chance? Be kinder to yourself? Follow your passion? Embrace your mistakes? Take a moment to reflect and perhaps these thoughts could be a catalyst for action!

The Advice to My Younger Self session is an opportunity for our guests to share their experiences, insights, and advice in three areas:

  • School Culture
  • Conflict Management
  • Professional Advancement

Inspired by this session, previous members of the panel wrote letters for others to read and learn from their experiences. These letters were posted both on the ECIS Women in Education and The International Educator webpages.
