ECIS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COHORT
Earlier this month, ECIS launched its first DEIJ Leadership Cohort. The aim of the cohort is to unite a diverse group of educators from around the globe to engage in a collaborative learning experience focused on leadership development to support DEIJ efforts. Cohort members will meet virtually approximately once per month over the course of the academic year in order to build knowledge, engage in reflection, and develop action plans to create meaningful change in their communities. This long form approach to professional growth within a cohort provides the benefit of having an embedded network of critical friends to share thoughts and perspectives that deepen understanding.
