12:30 (London time)
Facilitated by David Hawley
Leadership transitions provide an opportunity to build an effective, high-performing board from the outset. Designed for new Board Chairs, Vice-Chairs, Secretaries, Treasurers, Owners, and aspiring board leaders, this practical webinar explores the distinctive responsibilities of governance leadership and how these roles contribute to strategic oversight, productive board meetings, and an effective partnership with the Head of School. Heads are warmly encouraged to attend alongside their Board Chair and board officers, creating a shared foundation for governance throughout the coming year. An optional final 30-minute session will focus specifically on the role and success of committee chairs.
