About the facilitator
Nicola Holloway is a coach, mentor, consultant, and lifelong learner with a profound passion for leadership, education, and empowering others to thrive.
A global educator and adventurer, Nicola has lived and worked in nine countries across four continents. She has served on leadership teams in schools in Vietnam, Germany, India, and Thailand. In this journey, she has balanced the joys and challenges of family life with a career dedicated to supporting learning and growth.
Currently pursuing a PhD, Nicola’s research focuses on strengths-based leadership and empowering women to lead for global good. Her current research explores the role of emotions and well-being in sustainable leadership, seeking to understand women’s leadership strengths and essential skills for female leaders.
Whether coaching emerging leaders, mentoring women, consulting with schools, or facilitating workshops, Nicola is driven by a clear purpose: to inspire growth, cultivate courage, and create positive change. Through her work, she is committed to learning, sharing, and exploring new possibilities in leadership and education.
